Project Overview
Our task was to reimagine Credix Bank’s mobile banking experience from the ground up. With customers increasingly using mobile as their primary banking channel, the app had to deliver trust, speed, and convenience. We focused on a customer-first design that demystifies banking operations while elevating user control over their finances.
Our Approach
We began with a complete UX audit of the existing app, followed by customer interviews and competitive mapping. Using insights from this research, we crafted intuitive flows, improved transaction visibility, and minimized cognitive load with clear visual hierarchy. Accessibility, security, and localization were tightly integrated to meet regulatory needs across user bases. Our UI design emphasized both clarity and warmth—using typography, spacing, and iconography to create a calming digital experience.
